Puffy Paint Polar Bear

Have you ever made your own puffy paint? It is pretty easy to do with two simple ingredients, white glue and shaving cream. This artic fox is too cute and fun to make with a few supplies. It is easy enough to create with toddlers and preschoolers, but just as fun for anyone else to create.
You will need a paper plate. Next, create two ears for the polar bear by cutting out a circle on white paper. Then simply cut the circle in half to make two ears for the polar bear. Glue the ears at the top of the paper plate.
Next, you need to make the puffy paint. Do this by combining equal parts of white glue and white shaving cream. I mixed it in a plastic container and stirred it with a popsicle stick.

Mix equal parts shaving cream and white glue to create your puffy paint.
Then, use the popsicle stick to pile the puffy paint onto the polar bear's face. Use the popsicle stick to spread the puffy paint where it is needed.

Pile on the puffy paint and spread it out with the popsicle stick.
Using gray construction paper, draw a large oval shape . Draw a nose and mouth on the gray oval. While the puffy paint is still wet, lightly press the gray circle onto the puffy paint. Then add some googly eyes for it's eyes. This will dry in place as the puffy paint dries. Place the polar bear aside to allow it to dry completely. I left mine overnight.

Place the gray oval and googly eyes into the wet puffy paint and allow it to dry.
